Awareness & Health Education

We leverage digital and multilingual approaches to close the awareness gap. Our platform provides inclusive, easy-to-understand health information across different cultures and communities, making vital knowledge about NCD prevention and management accessible to all.

We create multilingual resources and community-driven content to bridge the language divide. This ensures that critical information on diseases like hypertension, diabetes, and cancer is available in languages our communities understand.

Our platform is designed to be accessible and user-friendly. By using digital channels and creating simple, multilingual content, we ensure that vital health knowledge reaches even those with limited digital access or literacy.

We center the voices and lived experiences of those most affected by NCDs. By sharing real personal journeys, we highlight health system challenges and inspire action, driving awareness and advocating for more empathetic and equitable care.

Our goal is to influence change and strengthen health systems so they respond with empathy, equity, and support. We advocate for policies and investments that ensure no one's experience is overlooked in the push for better NCD care and prevention.

Digital Tools & Innovation

We develop digital tools and resources designed to help people confidently understand their risk, prevent, and manage NCDs. This includes risk assessment tools and educational materials that empower individuals to take control of their health.

While our primary focus is on communities in Nigeria, our digital platform and multilingual resources are available online to anyone seeking reliable information on NCD prevention and management.

Community Programs

It is our flagship initiative designed to close the gap in NCD care by strengthening Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) in states like Lagos, Abia, and Ondo. We bring screenings, training, and education directly to communities.

We screen residents for early signs of hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. We also train local health workers and educate communities on prevention and healthy lifestyle changes.

Our screenings are available to all residents in the communities we serve. We focus on early detection, so we encourage adults, especially those with risk factors, to participate.

Our trained health workers provide immediate guidance and refer individuals to the appropriate care pathways at partnered primary care facilities for further diagnosis and management.

We strengthen health systems by training community health workers and equipping primary care facilities. This ensures that essential NCD care, monitoring, and support are available at the local level.

Mission, Impact & NCD Focus

Our mission is to ensure no one in Nigeria faces a premature death from a preventable or treatable non-communicable disease. We believe everyone deserves the chance to live a long, healthy life.

We primarily focus on cardiovascular diseases (like hypertension and stroke), type 2 diabetes, and cancers (including breast and cervical cancer)—the leading NCDs causing premature deaths in Nigeria.

When people receive treatment at the right time, their chances of survival and recovery increase dramatically. It prevents conditions from worsening, reduces emotional and financial burdens on families, and lowers the overall cost on the healthcare system
